Overview

Reservationless Standard is a free telephone conferencing service† that can be used instantly, securely and anonymously. You do not have to set up a user account or provide us with any information regarding your conference, including the date and time, estimated number of Participants, Dial-in Number, Participant Access Code, etc. Everyone who calls the same Dial-in Number and enters the same Participant Access Code will be connected together.

The following numbers can be used only for our Reservationless service. Our Web-Scheduled service, which is described elsewhere on the site, dispenses numbers automatically based on system load and availability.

2. Conference Call Numbers

This is our Bridge Conference Service for conference calls with more than 3 people. If 3 people or less, it is cheaper to use our regular phones.

This service costs 8.5 cents per minute per person. So if you have 4 guests on the line for an hour, the call costs $25.50. (5 people * $ .085 * 60 minutes = $25.50 or $5.10/person/hour.)

I would advise that for one-on-one 'phone tours' we should just use our regular phones, and use this service for larger groups.

Dial in Number: (888)000-0000 or (201)000-0000 Instructions

1. Distribute the date & time of your call to guests -- with the dial in number (above) and guest code. Guests all use the same guest code for one call. I asked for three sets of codes (below) just in case there are multiple separate conference calls going on at the same time.
2. As host, call the dial-in number (888) 000-0000, enter the Host Code, then the # sign.
3. Guests just dial the (888) 000-0000 number and enter the guest code.
